Luciano Mesia is a novice journalist with a leisure pursuit for film critique who was born and raised in Canada. He joined the journalism team in 2024, furthermore he is focused on academic writing and expanding his knowledge of films.

Coming from Canada he grew up watching movies with his siblings from all sorts of generations such as “Creature from the Black Lagoon” which was released in the 1950’s and “Beetlejuice” released in 1988. Through this he found a passion for watching all sorts of movies to imagine himself immersed in these fictional worlds.

After moving to the states just over a year ago he started to write about his academic interests such as financing for college. While additionally learning the steps on how to critique a film for future endeavors. 

He hopes to expand his knowledge of films to eventually write and publish articles for the world to see, while gaining the insight and experience that the journalism team has to offer.
